We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Eligibility Window
You may return most items within 5 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 calendar days of delivery.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Final sale items or clearance merchandise
- Items marked “non-returnable” in the product description
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Alternatively, you may opt for store credit.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Abusive or excessive returns may result in restocking fees or future return restrictions.
